Rimasys GmbH Reshapes Management Team Rimasys GmbH is reshaping its management team as Jan Jennes will step down from his positions as CFO and Co-Managing Director and leave the company.

Effective immediately, Dr. Henning Roet de Rouet will take on the role of Co-Managing Director alongside CEO Miriam Stadthalter in addition to his role as Chief Operating Officer. Henning Roet de Rouet brings extensive experience in organizational development and will work alongside Miriam Stadthalter to drive RIMASYS’s strategic direction and expand its presence in the U.S. market.
